NH Grower's Dinner on Winnipesaukee

Enjoy a Wonderful Dinner of New Hampshire Grown and Bred Products

We are pleased to partner with the NH Farm to Restaurant Connection to put together a dinner of truly local fare. Join us for a taste of NH and a cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee with dancing to live music. The dinner is made of fresh NH products grown or bred locally and specially prepared by our chef. The menu is subject to change depending on what is fresh and available at the time. Last year's menu was great.

Brunch CruiseOrganic Mixed Greens - with red, green and yellow roasted peppers, cucumbers, Pecorino Romano cheese with a house made wild berry vinaigrette.

Heirloom Tomato Salad
Mixed heirloom tomatoes with roasted corn and fresh basil in a balsamic vinaigrette.

Oven Roasted Tricolor Potatoes.Brunch Cruise

Maple Baked Butternut Squash.

Venison Stew - Tender morsels of local venison slowly braised with potatoes and carrots.

Breast of Chicken - On a bed of stuffing consisting of boursin cheese and Shitake Mushrooms.

Roasted Loin of Pork Florentine
Farm fresh NH pork loin stuffed with provolone and fresh baby spinach then topped with caramelized onions and pan gravy.Brunch Cruise
